We're not a traditional NGO. We're a group of students and young people who saw something simple: the knowledge we received doesn't belong to us. It's a loan. And loans get repaid.
Radical access to knowledge. Free workshops, peer-to-peer mentorship, open library. What we learn we share within 24 hours.
Ambition with no apologies. Opportunities, connections, and ventures that create value — they're the economic base that lets us return more tomorrow.
100% of every euro goes to projects voted by the community. No executive salaries, no opaque overhead. Public accounts, public decisions, from the first euro.
We start in Milan.
We already have feet in many places.
Italy is our legal base — we're an Ente del Terzo Settore registered with RUNTS. But the founding team studies and works between Europe and the Americas. Year-one goal: informal chapters at every university where we have at least three members.
You propose.
We vote together.
We fund it.
A foundation without a closed-door committee. Members submit ideas, those that gather community support move to the quarterly vote. The winner gets funded with what was raised.
You upload your idea
Any active member can propose a project from their dashboard. Five fields: what, who for, estimated budget, timeline, why. Takes less than 5 minutes.
We vote together
Each quarter, active members vote between proposals that gathered enough support. One person, one vote. No blocking minorities, no board override.
We fund it
The winning project gets funded with the quarter's donations. Whoever proposed it leads execution, with operational support. Accounts and progress, public on the site.

We rotate ambassadors at universities. No long-term commitment, no salary, lots to learn.
Membership is free.
All we ask for is your help.
No monthly fees. No premium tiers. Whoever joins, joins. What we do expect: that you come to some event, vote when proposals open, and bring whoever you think should be here.
